Your order can be returned within 14 days of the date you recieved the parcel.
We are not responsible for any damage or theft after you have given yoiur return to the courier. If you have any concerns regarding damage to a product, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

When you have placed an order, please allow 2-5 working days for it to be prepped & packaged before sending. It may be upto 10 working days in busy periods, please be aware of this. We do aim to do this the next day after your order has been processed. If an order is placed before 12pm it is likely it may be sent out the same day, but not promised.
